I enjoyed my stay in a clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed that had a nice bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath towels.

Wonderful hotel located in a great area close to Close to the railway station, other areas in Japan and the bus terminal. Tidy and functional room and nice bathroom. Satisfactory breakfast with Western option and a complementary beer, for instance prepared by very kind staff. Great and particularly good location to a local art museum. Wonderful experience there.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it's just steps away from the train station and close to many nearby restaurants. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with many amenities like free movies and a coin operated laundry. the staff is friendly and accommodating, even lending out flat irons and boards.

The hotel is a bit pricey, and the lack of English-speaking staff at the front desk can make communication difficult at times.

We loved how convenient this hotel was with its location right next to the train station. The breakfast offered a great selection of local specialties and the staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen facilities were clean and relaxing after a long day of travel.

I had a fabulous stay at a hotel in Izumo. The location was superb, just next to the train station. The room size exceeded my expectations and had a calming design. The breakfast spread was worth the value, with all the local specialties to enjoy. I loved the all-day free coffee at the lounge and the free beer at night. The satisfying bowl of ramen was the perfect way to end the day. I also received discount coupons for neighboring restaurants. The welcoming staff greeted me with huge smiles. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The first thing I appreciated was the free coffee in the lobby! Plus, their amenities were awesome. They provided me with a flat iron and a board which saved me time and money. The location was perfect as it was just a block away from a great restaurant. Plus, it was conveniently located near a train station.

I wasn't able to try their breakfast as the last order was served at 8:45 am. The only other downside was that there was only one person who could clearly speak English.
